PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APPS
Artiach is committed to complying with current personal data protection legislation.
Artiach guarantees that, as holder of files of a personal nature, it will treat as confidential personal data that are voluntarily provided to it by users of ARTIACH mobile applications.
To do this, ARTIACH has adopted the necessary technical measures to maintain the required level of security, in accordance with the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, with the aim of avoiding, as far as possible and in keeping with the current state of technology, any alteration, loss or unauthorised access or processing.
Below, in compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations, we inform you of the terms and conditions of data processing applicable to ARTIACH mobile applications.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER
2. COOKIES, SDK AND APPLICATION PERMITS
Artiach places at your disposal different mobile apps available from both the App Store and Google Play. Some of them may collect and process information from the device or the person using it to be able to offer a more personalised service.
In the "Data collection and processing" section we specify the type of data processing that may take place in the apps and the purpose to which each of them is related.
The rest of the apps we have developed in the past, such as the "Zampagalletas Dinosaurus" and " ¿Quién es quién? Dinosaurus?" have ceased to be updated and are no longer available to the public. We have, therefore, discontinued any service, maintenance or technical support for them. Nevertheless, these apps may continue to collect information through cookies or SDKs but we do not currently take such data into consideration.
3. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
Apps automatically collect user information through cookies, SDKs and the permission we ask you for in order to offer you certain functions. The following are the categories of personal data we collect and the purposes for which we can process these data.
What data can be collected?
The data collected can include your IP address, the pages you visit or the type of device you use. All these data are associated with your device, but they have no further links to you.
They help us to get to know your browsing habits and to improve our apps, as well as to show you advertising in keeping with your interests. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your mobile phone, tablet or connected television when you visit our apps.
SDKs (software development kits) are a set of software development tools provided by third-party companies. They are used to measure audiences, manage errors in code and display advertising.
When you install an ARTIACH app, we will ask you for a series of permissions to access your mobile phone. These allow us to collect information to be able to offer you certain services.
Purpose of processing personal data
Artiach may use the personal data requested to:
Collection and processing of non-personal data
Artiach will also collect data in such a way that, by itself, it cannot be directly linked to a specific person. This non-personal data may be collected, processed and transferred for statistical and historical purposes. Here are some examples of the types of non-personal data that ARTIACH may collect and the purposes for which it is used:
If we link non-personal data to personal data, the mixed data will be treated as personal data while they are still combined.
Restriction or blocking of mobile app functions
If you wish to restrict or block any of the functions for which you have previously given permission, you can go to your terminal's operating system set-up. We recommend you to consult the device's manual to obtain instructions on how to do this.

Occasionally, and with your consent, ARTIACH may provide certain personal data to other ADAM FOODS GROUP companies: LA PIARA, S.A. Sociedad Unipersonal (NIF A-08009359), GRANJA SAN FRANCISCO, S.L. In no case will the data be shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Other third parties
ARTIACH may disclose personal data under a legal order within the framework of a judicial process or at the request of a public authority, both in and outside your country of residence. Likewise, your personal information may also be published if it is necessary or advisable on national security grounds, to comply with current legislation or for other relevant public policy reasons.
Personal data security
Artiach will guarantee the protection of personal data through encryption during transit and with physical security measures while hosted in its facilities. When using certain products, services or applications or when posting opinions in forums, chat rooms or on social media, the content and personal data that is shared will be visible to other users, who will be able to read, compile or use them. In these cases you will be responsible for the personal data you distribute or provide.
Integrity and preservation of personal data
Artiach will guarantee the accuracy and quality of personal data, which will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, unless the law requires them to be kept longer.

With regard to the personal data we keep, ARTIACH offers you access to them for any purpose, including requests for rectification, if they are incorrect, or deletion, if there is no obligation to keep them for legal reasons or for legitimate business purposes. If the user is under 14 years of age and does not receive the necessary consent from their parents, the following limitations shall apply to the collection of personal information. In this way the user will have restricted use of the app. Such users may not:
With respect to such users, we will also prevent the collection and use of data extracted from the microphone function unless this is strictly necessary for the actual operation of the apps, given that some of the apps, such as "Dinosaurus Huevos", may need such data for the self-training of the virtual characters themselves.
Parents must exercise the right to privacy on behalf of their children.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy for mobile applications. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you through our app, or by other means, and you will have the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you do not agree with any of the changes, you can exercise your rights or manage your permissions.
The continued use of our apps, after notification of changes in this Privacy and Personal Data Policy for mobile applications has been published or sent, implies that the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the updated Privacy and Personal Data Policy for mobile applications.
